What personal information does IQRecruit collect?

  • Information provided by you, such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and other personal information. For example, we collect your email address when you sign up to learn more about our products and services;

  • Information and content shared by you through third-parties, including content that you upload, share, or integrate with us. You may choose to integrate your IQRecruit account with certain third-party services by opting to upload certain information into IQRecruit. No such integrations happen by default; they must be initiated by you. If you choose to connect IQRecruit with a third-party service (like Google or Microsoft), you give us permission to store your login credentials for that service and to access and use your information from that service as permitted by that service. This includes accessing the email headers for all messages in your account as well as email headers and message bodies for any email messages IQRecruit composes for you and any subsequent correspondence in response to such email messages. We do not require access to email accounts. You may choose to have information uploaded or shared by you removed at any time by contacting us at info@iqrecruit.com.


  • Information provided by third parties. As part of our services, we might also collect information about candidates and individuals that’s provided by third parties like data brokers or information that is publicly available; 


  • Information collected automatically as you navigate our website. When you use our website, we might automatically collect information about you. For example, we may collect your IP address, information about which internet browser you’re using, information about your device’s operating system, information about which internet service provider you use, information about what device you’re using, and information collected through cookies (read more about cookies in the “Tracking Technologies” section below.)

How does IQRecruit use my personal information? 


We may use the information that we collect about you or that you provide to us:


  • to present and improve our website (we are always trying to improve based on your preferences and feedback);

  • to provide you with information or services that you’ve requested from us;

  • to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer;

  • to provide you with updates about your account to improve our customer service (information from you helps us respond to your support needs);

  • to IQRecruit partners that are looking to recruit and hire employees;

Tracking Technologies


A cookie is a unit of data stored on your device that helps IQRecruit remember you and your preferences. IQRecruit uses first- and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to do things like monitor and analyze how you use our website, to more effectively provide you with information and updates, to conduct internal analytics (aka number crunching), and to advertise and market our services and products.

Do Not Track


We do not respond to Web browser “do not track” signals or other mechanisms. Other parties may collect personally identifiable information about your activities over time and across different websites when a consumer uses our website.
